The machine is engineered to handle a broad range of materials including hardwood, MDF, plywood, PVC, acrylic, aluminium, brass, and composite panels. The combination of the 9.5KW HSD spindle and variable working speed up to 45m/min allows the machine to adapt its performance to the specific requirements of each material.

A Gantry structure means the cutting head moves along a fixed bridge (the gantry) that spans the full width of the working table. This design provides superior rigidity, reduces vibration during operation, and ensures consistent accuracy across the entire 2050 x 4050mm working area — even during high-speed passes.

The standard configuration operates on 380V, 3-phase, 50Hz power supply. However, the machine can be tailored to meet the specific electrical requirements of different markets — including 220V configurations for customers in North America and other regions with different grid standards. The machine is equipped with a 10-position linear tool magazine in ISO30 format. During a job, the spindle automatically picks up and releases tools as needed, without any manual intervention. This allows complex multi-operation jobs — such as roughing, finishing, and engraving — to run in a single uninterrupted cycle.

The machine achieves a positional accuracy of ±0.05mm/m. This is made possible by the combination of HIWIN linear rails and bearings, helical rack and pinion transmission, and Yaskawa servo motors with Shimpo planetary reducers — a drivetrain configuration typically found in high-end industrial machinery.

The T-slot vacuum working table is divided into 8 independent zones, each of which can be activated or deactivated separately. This allows you to secure workpieces of different sizes precisely where needed, without requiring mechanical clamps that could interfere with the cutting path.

The integrated auto lubrication system automatically services the linear rails and mechanical components at set intervals, significantly reducing manual maintenance requirements. Combined with the robust build quality and industrial-grade components, the machine is designed for continuous production environments with minimal downtime.

 This configuration includes all available options as standard: a 3KW dual-bag dust collector for a clean working environment, and a 5.5KW Germany Becker vacuum pump to power the 8-zone vacuum table. No additional purchases are required to start production.
